Harvest Strategy Group, a leader in nationwide recovery management services, announces it’s annual staff volunteer day with the House of Hope. This donation of employee time reflects Harvest’s ongoing commitment to empowering local communities and driving positive social impact.
The House of Hope is a residential shelter for women and their children experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Families are provided comprehensive case management and integrated supportive services while they begin to get back on their feet. Harvest staff had a great time setting up the house prior to the first residents moving in, by cleaning, building furniture, organizing, hanging curtains, and adding other finishing touches necessary to get it ready.
The House of Hope is an incredible project run by The Family Tree, an organization committed to addressing the interconnected issues child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness. Family Tree works alongside people affected by child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness throughout their journey to safety and economic independence, providing emergency residential services, case management and advocacy, therapeutic services, outreach support, housing search and placement, education and employment support, among many other services. By leveraging a deeper, broader and more holistic array of life-changing services and programs, Family Tree empowers individuals and families to discover their own strengths to create lasting, positive change.
